Welcome to focusmeterx. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our domain focusmeterx.com, our deep-work session offerings, information products, and goods. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services: Deep-Work Sessions and Progress Tracking

2.1 Description

We provide structured deep-work coaching sessions and progress tracking tools designed to help you improve focus, set goals, and measure productivity milestones.

2.2 Scheduling and Delivery

Sessions may be booked via our website and delivered online or in person at our Zurich office. You will receive confirmation details by email following successful booking.

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before its start time without charges. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation or visit contact us.

2.4 Refund Policy for Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted within 7 days of the session date. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. If you have experienced a technical issue on our side that prevented service delivery, you will receive a full refund or may opt to reschedule at no extra cost.

2.5 Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium or single-use sessions labeled as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase cannot be refunded due to immediate resource allocation and coach preparation required. We clearly indicate this status before booking and justify it by the personalized time commitment and administrative setup involved.

3. Information Products

Our digital guides, templates, and self-paced courses on productivity and focus are provided electronically upon payment.

3.1 Access and Delivery

After purchase, you will receive download links or platform access details by email.

3.2 Refund Policy for Information Products

Because our digital materials are accessible immediately, refunds are only granted if we are unable to provide access within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Goods

We offer branded merchandise and productivity tools shipped from our Zurich fulfillment center.

4.1 Shipping and Handling

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via our carrier partners.

4.2 Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and ship a replacement at no additional charge. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. A restocking fee may apply.

4.3 Refunds for Goods

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days, minus any restocking fee explicitly communicated during the return process.

5. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
